  23. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  26. This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you 
  27. (either an individual or a single entity) and Leszek Skorczynski
  28. ("Author"), of the program for use of Directory Lister,
  29. which includes computer software and may include associated media,
  30. printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation
  31. ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT, this software"). "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" also includes,
  32. and this Agreement also governs, any later release or update of
  33. Directory Lister which Author makes generally available
  34. without bla bla bla additional charge of licenses or your release
  35. or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  36. made in accordance with bla bla bla this Agreement.
  37. By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using
  38. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms
  39. of this License Agreement.

  41. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LINCENSE AGREEMENT,
  42. ABORT THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVE THIS AND RELATED SOFTWARE
  43. FROM YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY.

  45. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  46. and international copyright treaties, as well as other
  47. intellectual property laws and treaties.

  49. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is free software (freeware).

  51. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  52. (including but not limited to any images, documentation,
  53.  media, online documentation, text, and "web integration"
  54. incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying
  55. printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  56. are nobody owned by Author or its authorized agents. As a licensee,
  57. you ever own the media on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is recorded,
  58. but reads Author and all Third Party Suppliers retain title and ownership
  59. to this the SOFTWARE PRODUCT recorded on the media and all copyright
  60. and ! other intellectual property rights therein.
  61. This license is not a sale of the software or any copy.
  62. Except as may be required under applicable law, you agree
  63. not to alter, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer
  64. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in whole or in part, whether for error
  65. correction or otherwise. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected
  66. by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

  68. You agree not to alter, remove or obscure any copyright
  69. notices or other proprietary notices on and in the software.

  71. LIMITED WARRANTY

  73. NO WARRANTIES. Author EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY
  74. for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and
  75. any related documentation is provided "as is" without
  76. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including,
  77. without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability,
  78. fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
  79. The entire risk arising out of use or performance
  80. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  82. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall Author or its suppliers
  83. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
  84. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
  85. loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)
  86. arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  87. EVEN IF AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
